Service description
Our company has accumulated considerable experience in repairing foreign-made high-voltage electric motors installed on blowers, smoke exhausters and compressors.
We repair electric motors as follows:
- Replacement of stator winding with section fabrication;
- Rotor winding replacement with new winding bars and a new end ring fabrincation;
- Electric motor shaft replacement;
- Repair of stator laminations with new sheets fabrication;
- Plain bearings lining via the dynamic method;
- Idle running-in of electric motors.
Recent works performed:
- Repair of the Elin motor, type HKM171E02 (4200 kW 2987 rpm 10 000 V);
- Overhaul of Siemens electric motors, type 1TS 3633-2BE 03 Z (2550 kW 990 rpm, 10000 V) with the replacement of stator and rotor windings, 3 pcs.;
- Overhaul of the Elin HKL-150D04 electric motor (2000 kW 1491 rpm, 6000V) with the replacement of stator windings and squirrel-cage rotor winding, 5 pcs.;
- Overhaul of the VEM DKKEJ 7120-4WE electric motor (3500 kW 1488 rpm 6000 V) with the replacement of stator windings and squirrel-cage rotor winding;
- Maintenance of Toshiba ICR-CHCM electric motors (6300 kW 1500 rpm 6000 V), 2 pcs.;
- Overhaul of the MJH 630 (2900 kVA 1500 rpm) generator with shaft reconstruction;
- Overhaul of the MJH500 LB4 (1,650 kVA 1,500 rpm) generator;
- Overhaul of the AvK generator type DIG 156 1/6;
- Overhaul of the CATERPILLAR LC 6114F/550 generator;
- Medium repair (Replacement of sleeve bearings) of the Marelli MJH 800MC6 alternator;
